"Be present with zestful alertness." Yes. So important to be present and passionate, regardless of the obstacles that seem to be in the way. Although having fertility challenges can be so spirit-crushing, I do my best to get back up after each failed cycle, stronger, smarter and yes, enthusiastic and excited about being a mom. I needed this pick me up after Tuesday's downer of a card for me. I've been trying to keep up my enthusiasm in the face of challenging circumstances. I've been working with hypnotherapy on that, and I think it's been helping.

I'm more like those button-down engineers than I'd like to think.

I think just tuning in to my breath in a moment will release enthusiasm.

I meant to say, "I THINK JUST TUNING IN TO MY BREATH RELEASES ENTHUSIASM!"
