Intuitive Tuesday -- Moon (Reversed) and Overcoming

Every Tuesday I select one tarot card and give you my interpretation of it. See how it applies to your life and ask, "What messages are here for me ?"

As I shuffled the cards to select this week's Intuitive Tuesday tarot card, I said, "Tell me what messages I need to bring to my readers this week."  I selected The Moon from the  from the Aquarian Tarot Deck by David Palladini.

I have previously covered The Moon (reversed). Here is the heart of the meaning of The Moon (reversed):
An easy way to think about The Moon card is to imagine walking into a thick layer of fog. Beyond the fog, you believe, are the answers you seek. When The Moon is in its reversed position, the fog is lifting and you are able to see and sense the answers that have been alluding you!
Since I've previously pulled The Moon (reversed), I have selected another card from the Messages of Light cards by Mario Duguay.

These cards are so beautiful and have deep, meaningful messages accompanying the artwork. You can click here to check it out or go to your local (metaphysical) bookstore.

The additional card I selected today is, "Overcoming," which states:
I overcome my fears, my anger, my ego and all that separates me from my divinity. Through self discovery and daily effort in my spiritual quest, I cause the Light to grow in and around me. I am in the great school of life, and know that each of life's tests is necessary so that I can reign over my inner kingdom.
When I most need to tap into my intuition is when I feel a fog around me (the energy of The Moon card). This is when there doesn't seem to be an answer, even though my brain repeatedly runs through the various scenarios exploring a plethora of "what ifs?"

The message on Duguay's Overcoming card is perfect because it reminds me that my fears, anger and ego are what separate me from the Divine. What I need to remember most is to know that all is in order. Everything. Even when I can't figure it out, it is ALL in order.

I was listening to a CD series by Mike Dooley, Leveraging the Universe and Engaging the Magic. (Doesn't that sound powerful?) In it, he talks about the Law of Attraction and he said repeatedly that we don't have to figure out how. Just see the finished product and believe in the power of the universe to make it happen.

A personal example:
As I mentioned before, we are temporarily moving in July to follow my husband's National Guard career. As you might imagine, our three teenage boys are less than thrilled, some more than others. In fact, one of them is refusing to move with the family.
As we move closer and closer to the move, day-by-day, I have a sense of anxiety about how this will all work out. Did you catch that word, "HOW?"
Dooley's message about not trying to figure out the HOW is perfect for me in this situation...because at this point, I can't figure it out.
So when I find myself worrying about what to do or how things will unfold, I focus on seeing a smooth transition through our move, including my stubborn son. I see us all arriving to our destination happy, healthy, even if a bit nervous, we are all excited about our new one-year adventure.
I release my worry and fears, overcoming the anxiety that I feel...and that which separates me from my divinity. I ask the energy of The Moon (reversed) to help me to step out of my fog of unknowing and thinking that I must figure it out, and ask for intuitive guidance to help me move forward.
In what area of your life do you feel the energy of today's cards -- The Moon (reversed) and Overcoming?

Any great "refusing to move -- and it all turned out great" stories you'd like to share???

I have done what you are about to do twice. Once I left everything I knew to go to Japan -- alone. Years later, I left everyone I knew and loved to go to Syria with my new husband. I remember looking down at all the beige before we landed in our new country -- fearful of how badly everything could go.

But both experiences turned out amazingly well. The first was a trip inside myself. The second was an adventure with my life partner.

I, too, see you and your family I "all arriving to our destination happy and healthy."

I have energy treatments available for any teenager who wants one :-)

Easier said than done for planners like us. However, we have the capacity to do anything and I know we will do this too.
